Thursday (July 25th, 2019)
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  Registration table opens
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Commander General's Reception (Three Rivers Ballroom at the Hilton Waco)
Skyline is an award winning Barbershop Quartet and will be performing a beautiful accapella version of "Dixie" during their performance during the Commander General Reception. (See Picture)

Friday (July 26th, 2019)
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Forrest Cavalry Corps Breakfast (Three Rivers Ballroom at the Hilton Waco)
Sponsored by the Forrest Cavalry Corps, Reactivated. Attire per the Standing Rules of the Convention is coat and tie.
8:00 a.m. Convention Registration table opens
9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.  Welcome/Opening Session (Three Rivers Ballroom at the Hilton Waco)
Attire per the Standing Rules of the Convention is coat and tie.
10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.   Business Session I (Three Rivers Ballroom at the Hilton Waco)
Attire per the Standing Rules of the Convention is coat and tie.
Afternoon is free to enjoy the city and dinner on your own.

Saturday (July 27th, 2019) (Download Menu)
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.   MOS&B Prayer Breakfast (Three Rivers Ballroom at the Hilton Waco)
To be presided over by the Chaplain General, this is a Memorial Service for Compatriots who have passed away since our 2018 General Convention. Attire per the Standing Rules of the Convention is coat and tie.
9:00 a.m. - noon  Business Session I (Three Rivers Ballroom at the Hilton Waco)
Attire per the Standing Rules of the Convention is coat and tie.
9:00 a.m. - noon Ladies Highlight of Waco Tour Bus leaves and returns to the front lobby of the Hilton Waco. Ldies will visit Cameron Park, Waco's historic neighborhoods, Harp Design (from the HGTV hit show Woodwork), Baylor University, and Historic Lover's Leap.
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.   Awards Luncheon (Hospitality Room of the Dr. Pepper Museum)
The museum is less that a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel and is located at 300 S. 5th Street in Waco, TX. Your admission to tour the museum is included with your ticket to this event. Dr. Pepper's inventor, Charles T. Pepper (1838-1903) was a Confederate surgeon from Virginia.
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.   Texas Society Business/Elections (Three Rivers Ballroom at the Hilton Waco)
Attire per the Standing Rules of the Convention is coat and tie.
7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.   Commander General's Banquet (The Suite Lounge, located atop the Baylor Club at McLane Stadium.)
Overlooking the Brazos River and Downtown Waco, TX. Attire is black coat and tie, or Confederate Uniform for gentlemen, and formal or period attire for ladies.
