My 4th great-grandparents were Bernard/Barnabas/Barnard Barnaby Reynolds and Monica Polly Brown. B.B. was born around 1792 in St. Mary's, Maryland to John Reynolds and Ann French. He died 12 Apr 1871 in Watertown, Wisconsin. He married Monica Polly Brown (17 Jul 1787 - 22 Apr 1882) on 6 Jul 1813. Monica was the daughter of Ignatius Brown and Ann Monica Reynolds. Do you have any information on these Reynolds? Yes, I know that BB and Monica may likely be first cousins. Do you need any other information from me as well?

Does anyone have proof of marriage between Ella Parsell (b. 11 Feb. 1858) and Simeon Reynolds d. 1908? They lived in both Cayuga and Ontario Counties, NY State. Ella was my mother's grandmother, but I'm not sure that Simeon was Ella's husband.

With information received from family tradition and research from several years ago, I am confident that my Great Grandfather is descended from John Reynolds and Anne Holbrook Reynolds--Line 11 as shown on your Ancestor Lines.
Question: Is it possible to see more of Mary Reynolds Fosdick's publication? I only see the 1st Generation pages. If it is available, what would be the cost to do so?
Question #1: Has any more information become available regarding John Reynolds' parentage? I came across one source that indicated his family might have gone from England to Bermuda and then to America. But that also indicated -- it was a possibility not substantiated.

Any help/clues as to the descendants of Lucius Sackett Reynolds will be greatly appreciated.I believe he was born in Greenwich, Fairfield, CT 3/3/1738 and d. 3/2/1815 in Plattsburg, Clinton, New York. Some researchers want to assign the Benjamin born ca 1776 in Richmond, Chittendent, Vermont to Lucius Sackett Reynolds. I do not belive that Lucius was in Vermont. I think it much more likely that the Benjamin that was hh on 1820 and 1830 Plattsburg,Clinton, N.Y was Lucius's son.
I believe the father of the Benjamin Reynolds b. in Vermont to be a Gardner as proven by ydna and autosomal descendants.
Any help appreciated.

Francis Roberson (b 1763 in RI, died 1846 in Greenwich, NY)was my 4th great grandfather, through his son Barber Roberson. I have been searching for Francis' parents since the 1970's. I too believe that he is likely the son of either William Robinson, b 1736 in Hopkinton, RI (or possibly William's brother Nathan, b 1742 in Hopkinton, RI), but I have not found any definitive evidence. Do you have any proof that Francis is William's son? Please contact me via my email with any information that you have. Thank you for any thoughts or help that you may have on this lineage.

Seeing if you have any information of Odie Neal Reynolds family who resided in the historic synope plantation in Columbia, LA. Later moved to West Monroe, LA. My step grandpa is George Reynolds. I was born on December 22, 1954 in New Haven, Connecticut. My father by birth was named Robert Harold Phillips Reynolds, though my last name was changed by adoption to Cafritz in 1963.
I cannot find any information about my birth father, though I understand that he and his antecedents were from Connecticut. Perhaps you have some information about this branch?

I am a fully ydna Gardner circa 1750 an autosomal tested but my 2nd gr grandfather Daniel Reynolds b. ca 1770 married to Susannah Butler are my brick wall. I think his brother was Benjamin Reynolds b. ca 1776 married to Grisella Beardsley and the brothers were residing on the 1800 Richmond, Chittenden, Vt census. If you think you have a possible connection, I will be happy to check my 250,000 research file.

I have a close DNA connection to William Reynolds, b. 1756, d. unknown. Does anyone know anything about this person. My ancestor is Lancelot (Lott) Whitlock, b. 1792 poss. GA d. 1864 AL.. None of my DNA matches are for the name Whitlock, all of them are to the name Reynolds and William Reynolds is the closest match. My other close matches are to, William Archelaus Reynolds, Archelaus Woody Reynolds & Bartemous Reynolds. The last three are from the same family. Any help would be appreciated.

John Henry O'Bear was my grandfather. You show him as the son of John Harmon Obarr. My grandfather applied for a social security card and he listed his parents as Robert Obear and Emmer Bass. o you have any hard evidence that John Harmon Obarr was the father of John Henry O'Bear? I am not doubting your information, but just trying to determine who grandpa's father truly was. I have been trying for almost 30 years to set the record straight. An uncle told me he thinks grandpa changed his name. am also told he had two sisters that died young. Any information would be most appreciated. Thank you.

We believe now the parents of Wilson Lionel Reynolds b1832 in Ga. are James M. Reynolds and Sarah Moore Reynolds of Coweta Co., Ga. There appears to be a church connection to Gallant and Jemima Reynolds in that area at the same time. Any information would be appreciated and a connection to a Gallant Reynolds descendent would be helpful.

I have saw several postings on Ancestry.com that William's parents were James and Susannah Lindsay but have found no documentation to back it up. Hopefully DNA will be able to confirm or deny this
